Privacy Policy

This policy describes the private GearGumi Archive Flow desktop workflow and its use of Google Drive data.

Data accessed and purpose

After the Google account owner grants permission, the workflow can access Drive file and folder names, IDs, metadata, and file contents. It uses that access to locate the designated GearGumi archive area, create folders, upload project files, list and read them for verification, and resume incomplete transfers. The requested full Drive scope technically allows broader access; the workflow is intended to use it only for the owner's archive operations.

Storage and retention

Archived project copies are stored on the owner's local drives and in the owner's Google Drive account. The OAuth authorization is stored in the workflow's local configuration on the owner's computer. This website does not receive or store Drive files or OAuth tokens. Local archive retention is governed by the owner's workflow settings; Drive copies remain until the owner removes them.

Sharing and transfers

Google Drive data is not sold or used for advertising. The workflow transfers selected archive files directly between the owner's computer and Google Drive, not through this website. This static website is served by Cloudflare, which may process ordinary web requests needed to deliver the pages. Drive data is not sent to Cloudflare by the archive workflow.

Revoking access and deleting data

The owner can revoke GearGumi Archive Flow's Google access in their Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future Drive API operations but does not automatically remove copies already stored on local drives or in Google Drive; the owner can delete those copies separately.

Limited use

GearGumi Archive Flow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
