GearGumi Archive Flow

GearGumi Archive Flow is a private Windows workflow that moves inactive creative-project folders from a fast local drive to a local archive, then uploads and verifies an archive copy in the account owner's Google Drive. It resumes work after the computer restarts.

Why Google Drive access is requested

The desktop client requests full Google Drive access to find the designated archive folder, create folders, upload project files, and read them back for verification. This scope technically permits access to other Drive files too; the archive workflow is intended to operate on its designated GearGumi archive area. Only the account owner can authorize the client.

Where the data goes

Project files are copied between the owner's local drives and the owner's Google Drive. This informational website does not receive project files or Google OAuth tokens. The desktop workflow stores its Google authorization locally on the owner's computer.
